The name "t4" is based on 1 Timothy 4:12 -- "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity." We believe that scripture describes who we are!

Wednesday nights
t4 meets on Wednesday Nights and is open for all 7th through 12th grade students. The  students meet from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. Each Wednesday night is packed full of food, laughter, games, worship, teaching, and most of all… JESUS!!! It’s an opportunity for students to talk about the challenges they face as teens today and how God’s Word is integral to their lives. t4 students also participate in ministries like Youth Front and Dare2Share.

August 2010 saw the group move into new quarters. Members of t4 designed and painted the wall, moved furniture, hooked up electronics, and settled in to enjoy their new space.
The youth got a visit from the Grim Reaper and a lesson on protecting themselves and their friends from eternal death. Ask them what ONE word could get them through the gates of Heaven!
 
In July, t4 members competed in New Summit's "Next American Christian" contest. Judge Myrna and Judge Randy looked for kindness (one of the fruits of the spirit) to be manifested by contestants toward their fellow youth. The winners were Dayna and Stormy Hinkle, and it all ended in praise!

This summer, Jeremy and Kristen have shown they
care for the t4 youth by using their time and talents to help them learn what it means to live for Christ.
On June 30, the t4 youth cleaned under and behind the platform. Bugs, dust, clutter and spiders are gone!

Our youth have transitioned from being participants to being helpers for VBS.
 
On the Global Day of Prayer, we heard prayer in English, Mandarin, French and Spanish.
t4 produced a Youth Video Challenge entry interpreting John 7:38 "Out of the believer's heart shall flow rivers of living water" in June, 2010. It is posted at ymilive.org, under the title "Yo u Are The Living Water.". The Presbyterian Foundation will establish a $25,000 endowment fund for the two winning youth ministries. Thanks for voting!
New Summit youth in worship
t4 had a Water Night on April 30th. Chris Moore brought several friends
from
Lindenwood University to minister God’s word to our youth. We sang praise and heard what Jesus is doing
in their lives. We also had a fun
time with water balloon games plus lots of pizza and cake.
