The New Summit Ministry Quadrants offer a healthy ministry structure that allows for permission-giving ministry and development of teams without neglecting accountability, training, and communication. These quadrants represent the four key ministries that describe we must do to fulfill our Vision, Mission and Values.
You are invited to evaluate your own passions and spiritual gifts. (If you need additional help in determining those gifts and passions, please call the church office.) Then pray about your involvement at New Summit. Every member of the Body is needed!
