Halloween Costumes for Hope House!
Last
year, Nicole and Joe Mittone collected 21 Halloween costumes for Hope House, a
women's shelter here in Lee's Summit. This year they put the word out even further and with the help of their very generous friends, church and youth group, they collected 32 costumes!

From Nicole Mittone, 5th grader
Again this year Hope House is collecting Halloween costumes. Last year
my brother, Joe, and I found a few costumes to donate. Then we thought
if we had some I bet some of our friends have some. So we called,
emailed and asked our friends. Between the 2 of us we collected 21
costumes!
We
are challenging you to donate and call, email and ask your friends and
family for costumes. They are asking for gently used costumes. And non
violent.
You
can bring them to church by Sunday, Oct. 24th or to STING by Wed. Oct.
27th or we can pick them up. Contact: Lisa Mittone 816-517-1846.
Let's see how many costumes we can gather this year!!!
